  • IS THERE PAIN ASSOCIATED WITH MICROSHADED BROWS?
The level of discomfort varies among individuals. Those accustomed to waxing, plucking, or threading their eyebrows regularly may find the procedure painless, while individuals who have never groomed their eyebrows may experience some discomfort. To alleviate any potential discomfort, a safe topical anesthetic cream will be applied before and during the procedure. The pain is generally minimal to nonexistent for the majority of clients.
  • WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE? WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE PROCEDURE?
The consultation occurs on the day of your appointment. To enhance your readiness, consider conducting additional research beforehand to boost your knowledge and confidence in making decisions. Initially, a topical anesthetic cream will be applied while we review forms and engage in a Q&A session. Subsequently, we'll focus on shaping your ideal brows and selecting a customized pigment. Once you're satisfied with the shape, the powdering technique will commence. The tattoo treatment itself will take approximately 1 hour for both eyebrows. Please note that indecisiveness may consume time during your session, so come prepared by bringing photos of your preferred brow shape to the appointment. The session is expected to last approximately 2 hours.
  • HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD PASS BEFORE APPLYING SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP AFTER UNDERGOING BOTOX, CHEMICAL PEELS, INJECTABLES, OR LASER TREATMENTS?
Wait for 3 weeks before or after your treatment for optimal brow results. Avoid heavy creams and serums directly on your eyebrows to preserve their longevity and prevent pigment migration (refers to the movement/spreading of pigment from its intended area, often causing a blurred effect).
  • PRECARE INSTRUCTIONS
Bring your usual brow makeup and any photos depicting the desired look. Ensure your overall health is good; complete a medical history form 48 hours before your procedure. Refrain from consuming alcohol or caffeine. One week before the procedure, abstain from blood thinners like Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, B6, Omega 3, Gingko Biloba, St. John’s Wort, and evening Primrose, unless medically necessary. You may resume immediately after the procedure. Avoid scheduling during your menstrual cycle to minimize pain sensitivity. For three days before your appointment, refrain from waxing, tanning, or tinting the eyebrow area. Steer clear of anti-aging treatments like microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser, and facials for two weeks before your appointment. No facial injections should be done two weeks prior to the procedure. On the appointment day, avoid caffeine and exercise. Wash your hair, as hot showers are not recommended; baths are preferable.
  • WHAT ARE MICROSHADED BROWS?
Microshaded brows are the latest in semi-permanent makeup, utilize a digital machine for precision. Fully customizable, this technique enhances eyebrows with a soft, natural makeup-like finish. Using pixilated dots, it mimics powder-filled brows resulting in a gentle, powder-filled look. The two-step process includes an initial pigment insertion and a touch-up 6-8 weeks later, creating the desired fullness and design. Unlike Microblading, it focuses on a powder-filled brow resembling makeup. These semi-permanent enhancements gradually fade over time if no further touch ups are conducted.

  • HOW LONG DOES THE HEALING PROCESS TAKE?

Avoid unsanitary environments, sun exposure, and moisture until peeling is complete. Refrain from filling in gaps during this period.
